Skito Dryback Bob Marshall Sport Saddle Pad
DRYBACK is an Equalizer Saddle Pad that is constructed to release heat and moisture from the large back muscle to the atmosphere. Air flows between the saddle and saddle pad thanks to the addition of 3M Nomad matting to the top of the saddle pad. Skito's Equalizer foam in the Bob Marshall is a high performance, high
density, open cell elastomeric foam. Medically tested and proven, conforming
slow air release technology provides exceptional impact absorption and uniform
weight and pressure distribution with virtually no rebound or bounce effect.
Equalizer foam has excellent shape retention and may feel firm at first, but
quickly absorbs the heat from your horse's back and conforms to its specific
shape and muscle contour for a customized effect!
Materials & Construction: Plush 65% wool and 35% polyester fleece cozies up against
your horse, wicking moisture from the haircoat, while Skito's Medium, Firm Density, Foam Inserts cushion your tush
and your horse's back! The amazing Equalizer
open-cell foam is captured in pockets on both sides of the pad,
creating a channel to protect your horse's spine. The bottom half of the pad is lined with quilted felt. This material wicks moisture and heat from your horse, keeping them cooler and drier. These 3/4" open-cell foam inserts load from the front of
the pad.
The addition of Nomad matting enables air to flow under the saddle to evaporate the moisture and dissipate the heat normally trapped against the saddle.
Care & Cleaning: It's a snap! Just pull the foam inserts from the
Velcro closure, toss the cover in the washer with cold water with a little horse shampoo, then
air dry! The wool fleece comes out looking like new even after being encrusted
with grime and sweat! The open-cell equalizer foam may be cleaned with cool
water and vinegar by hand.
